This training resource has been designed to give salespeople an understanding of energy and water efficiency and how they can apply this learning to influence consumer purchase and usage behaviour. It specifically looks at energy and water labelling, running costs, waste management, the greenhouse gas effect and product pay back periods. It takes approximately one hour to complete and reinforces learning with interactive role play scenarios and quizzes.
