Access ClimateSmart Retail partner training
You will need to be a participant in the program and have a login and password to access this partner resource.
This training resource has been designed to give salespeople an understanding of energy and water efficiency and how they can apply this learning to influence consumer purchase and usage behaviour. It specifically looks at energy and water-efficiency labelling, running costs, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions and product pay back periods.
The training takes approximately one hour to complete and reinforces learning with interactive role play scenarios and quizzes.
