ClimateSmart Home Service
The ClimateSmart Home Service has ceased taking bookings as of midnight 26 April 2012. Read the media statement.
All existing bookings will be honoured. If you have a confirmed time and date, your service will go ahead as planned unless you are advised otherwise. If you have been waitlisted for a service, you should receive confirmation of your appointment time in the near future.
If you have already had a ClimateSmart Home Service, you can still log on to “How low can you go?” to find out more about energy saving tips and hints. Although the program has now closed, the conditions of your product and service warranties will continue to be honoured.
You can also contact your energy retailer to check what energy saving services and products are available to you.
